Richard Smith conceives his collections twice annually, including prints, wallpapers, woven fabrics and trims. All based on his own hand-painted artwork, the designs are reproduced using a variety of materials including linen and cotton.
Each wallpaper collection is created by Richard Smith in his studio by the sea in Sussex, England. A flair for unexpected colour combinations and an appreciation for pattern, from florals to geometrics, underscores every design. Production is overseen personally by Smith at the Jim Thompson mill in Thailand.
